The goal of the Mansfield Rule is to boost the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered for these opportunities.
To attain certification, the firm will complete a rigorous 18-month collaboration with Diversity Lab that will include built-in measurement, transparency and accountability. Certified firms must make meaningful progress on diversifying law firm leadership.
